Competition Rules

The following rules are applicable to all competitions promoted or conducted by Free Videogames, its subsidiaries or related companies on the website www.free-videogames.co.uk, ("Website"), and social media outlets on Twitter and Facebook ("Social Media"). These rules will be deemed incorporated in each such competition except to the extent that any instruction in an individual competition provides otherwise. Such instructions form part of these rules. All definitions can used in these terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.
Unless otherwise specified, Top Boon Media Ltd trading as Free-Videogames (whose principal place of business is at 6 Devon House, Hawthorn Grove, London, SE20 8LQ) is the promoter of all competitions on the Websites. In these Rules, the promoter is referred to as "FVG".
These rules, which may be amended from time to time, and any such instructions shall be binding on all entrants. The rules are always available on the Website.
FVG runs two types of competition on a monthly basis - 1) Monthly Free Game Giveaway ("Free Game"). 2) Monthly Prize Draw ("Prize Draw"). The exact terms and condition for each can be found below.
Employees of FVG, and their subsidiaries or related companies, and any company involved in the competition, together with their agents and members of their families, are not eligible to participate.
Monthly Prize Draw
Monthly prize draws are open to UK residents only.
To enter our monthly competitions, simply txt the answer to the competition related to the game you would like to win.
Each prize draw competition incurs a one-off cost of £xx.xx
Entry is restricted to one person per game per month.
This is not a subscription service.
There is one copy of each game available as part of the prize draws to win per month.
Delivery of each game is free of charge.
By entering the prize draw, the user agrees to have their details published on FVG, Facebook & Twitter.
The total value of each prize or free game shall not exceed £50.
Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
Prizes will be awarded within 28 calendar days of the competition closing.
Winners will be notified via the mobile telephone number provided at the time of entering the competition.
Each competition will close at midnight on the last day of each month (Unless otherwise stated)

Free Videogames will not change the closing date, or withhold prizes, on the grounds of an insufficient number of entries, or where entries are deemed to be of inadequate quality.

Free Game
Subject to any different instructions specified in any individual competition:
- No purchase is necessary to enter any competition.
- All entries must be made via FVG social media (Either 'Like' or 'Follow'). No further action is required.
- Unless otherwise stated, entries are invalid if they arrive any later than the specified closing time.
- Only one entry per entrant (or household if so specified) is permitted.
- All questions in the instructions must be answered and all other entry requirements fulfilled.
- Proof of entry form submission will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupted, delayed or mislaid entries.
There is one copy of each free game available available per month
